At Swami Vivekanand Vidya Mandir, we value every donation and contribution towards our educational mission. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a donation.

  1. Donations

All donations made through our website are non-refundable.
Once a donation is processed successfully, it cannot be canceled or refunded as funds are immediately allocated to educational activities and development work.

  1. Duplicate or Erroneous Transactions

In case of an accidental duplicate donation or a technical error, please contact us within 7 working days with proof of the transaction.
After verification, we will initiate a refund (if applicable) within 10–15 working days.

All online payments are securely processed via Razorpay.
We do not store your credit/debit card, UPI, or bank details.
